Going into Mar. 2016, the day I stopped and went on PCT 350:

I bought the SOS 500 Complete Cycles and at Icon's advice will do the SOS, the PCT, and the TST in order. I will cycle these 3-4 times per year. After one month of adopting Mentzer's High Intensity Training, I have done really well: medium chest with small waist and large neck. I am 5 ft 7 in and now have a broad chest for my smaller bone structure, horseshoe triceps that pop out like eggs, and am very pleased.
