A pattern has been observed in weightlifters. When they start out, they gain mass very quickly. These newbie gains last a short while, after which muscle growth hits a plateau. This is what seems to have happened to Chul Soon. When he started out, he was already an experienced weightlifter. Between 2008 and 2013, it looks like he plateaued, but then he exploded. These kinds of gains are rare for a natural bodybuilder. While it is perfectly possible that he is one of those people who has won the genetic lottery, the kind of gains he has achieved are those that are usually accomplished by juicing.
Although most bodybuilders claim to be true natural, true natural bodybuilders are in fact rather rare. However, true natural bodybuilders do exist. I am one of them, and I am proud of it. I hope you also choose for the true natural way of bodybuilding. As far as I know there exist no magazines nor contests for true natural bodybuilders. I believe there are 2 main reasons for this: it is impossible to test whether a bodybuilder is TRUE natural, and true natural bodybuilders simply don't look impressive enough, especially if you are used to see enhanced bodybuilders.
I am starting today, I already lost 15 but I have been slacking with my eating and drinks and it shows in my energy! Luckily, I haven’t gained since I do workout so that helps. I would love to lose another 10-15 within 3 weeks (weighing 168 now). And continue my journey after my vacation. Do you think I would have success if I eat one scrambled egg before my am work out and then lunch and dinner? I don’t do fasted cardio because some days I do back to back classes (2 hours) usually strength with cardio or cardio and Pilates or yoga. If there really is truth behind doing exercise on an empty stomach, I can get used to it. Also wondering if I need to eat the eggs with the steak at the same time. That will be hard to do since both are so filling!
